A note from Enzo:

Before leading a sales team covering 16 countries worldwide I must have been the worst manager who ever walked the earth. I don't say this to console anyone but the game of management broke me financially, emotionally and spiritually. Like most young managers I often fell into the trap of competing with my own team.

"The silent hero” is the course I should have attended 15 years ago! You will learn how to train, coach, manage, hire and fire people.
